the start of something new...

i have always loved crafts and art. in high school i'm pretty sure i took every art class the school offered :) in the past few years i have made a few things for nieces, nephews, and friends kids as gifts, and after realizing that people actually like the things i was making (i was shocked :0), i decided to start making more to try to sell. ... so, this is the official introduction to my new blog, love.peace.SEW. designs :)

twenty-four

today i turned 24.

i don't really feel any older, but feel extremely blessed :)

my sweet husband gave me 24 notes, starting at 12 am and one for each hour after that... each with a quality about me that he loves and a little note. even though i wasn't with him throughout the day, i felt so loved by him each hour as i opened another sweet note.

did i mention that i am blessed?? ;)

thank you for making me feel so loved every day matt, you are the best. i couldn't have dreamed of a sweeter husband! i love you baby.

this spring break we had three fun visitors.... Drew and Will & Cindy Cunningham :)

So fun to have people you love in town!

Matt met the Cunningham's at Kanakuk while in high school... he had the privilege of 'kid-sitting' their two boys, Peter and Wes, for a few summers while they directed one of the kamps. Every summer they had a friendly competition of "beat your kid-sitter day" where all day long it was them versus matt in multiple competitions (all in good fun, i promise. the cunningham's are nothing but fun!) well, this year matt had a little extra help...

due to the spring-ish weather in texas lately, i have been in spring cleaning mode...
